"Absolute disgrace of a company, DO NOT PURCHASE"

This company needs to be more transparent on it's advertising and purchase process, it adds you as VIP to get a discount on it's very inflated prices and then signs you up to a monthly subscription of £54.99, doesn't mention it on your order confirmation as required by UK Law, doesn't send you the 14 day cooling off period information, also required by UK Law, just takes your money and then refuses to refund for all manner of reasons, breaking their own terms and conditions!!!!!!!!! How are they allowed to get away with it? Trading Services are investigating. There should be an option for zero stars because they are not worthy of one. I've also just been reading the reviews on here, (which I wish I had done before purchasing) all the positive reviews seem to be invited? Would be interesting to see just how much of their profit comes from subscription fees as they make it so difficult for you to get yours back. Oh and I still haven't been refunded for my returned items either. A total waste of £89.99.

They can send you 200 emails per month for promotion but will never send you reminders to skip or keep the month as VIP, and what is upsetting is the VIP credit is not usable for promotion which they run all the time, just found out today the set available for 70% off but if you have VIP credit you pay £59, feels like you are the fool to be VIP member, there are zero benefit being member, what is the point? paying all their outfit at full premium price, never got discount or good deal, Quite upset about this, I tried to skip month most of the time but there are days you just so busy especially new year celebration and never a reminder like what good company should do, I have many subscription service, and all of them gave courtesy reminder before charging date, and no we don't need a set of legging every month!! especially I just bought plenty on decembers, quite upset about it

I correctly skipped the month and was still charged. I emailed to confirm this and they said to call or chat with them to secure my refund.

I did this and I still do not have the refund! I then reached out again and they say they have no record of my call and to obtain the refund via chat. I am now on chat and they have said they cannot help me.

Please do not trust this company! I ordered a product but it was not suitable. I returned the product using their returns procedure. I was issued a receipt by the courier on collection of the parcel. The money was not refunded to my account. I was told that I would not be given a refund even though I have the receipt from the courier because the couriers receipt number format was incorrect. Trusting this company cost me £80.00. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them again and will be closing the account.

In response to your reply. I have already spoken to someone at Fabletics via web chat and they were very unhelpful and could / would not help.
