Like many others l was caught out with the “membership”
Looking back I ordered a coat for £29 in November. It would appear I also signed up for this £54.99 monthly fee!!
No email to confirm this but a tiny badly written note at the bottom of an email.
I’m so angry with myself for letting this happen. I have just managed to ring up and cancel the £54.99 monthly payment
which I did not sanction.

Thank you for a great customer service. This year due to my twins birth I’ve have been struggling to spend or skip my members credits a few times and Fabletics customer service has kindly helped me to get my credits back. Always very fast and professional! As far as I remember the leggings are amazing, just ordered my next and can’t wait to see them.

When I tried to complete my purchase it said I had not submitted a billing address but I had attached this to the shipping address and it kept saying there was no billing address so it would not let me complete my order. I ended up having to log on to a computer and going through paypal instead as this option would not work on my phone
