"So hard to cancel!!"
I cancelled my subscription after the free trial (which didn't go through so I got charged) and once calling, the assistant refunded me. I asked for a refund as my cancellation of the subscription didn't go through, implicitly saying I wanted the subscription cancelled, which naturally, I thought was the next step. However, I got charged again the following month. I call the service helpline and again explain my previous situation, that I thought I was cancelling my subscription etc... She says I'm able to refund this month too and moves to conclude the call. I ask again if my subscription is now cancelled (spoiler: it's not!) and she tells me 2 different plans about how I can stay on board, especially for the holiday season etc. It's so frustrating to me that they are purposely omitting some information - if I want a refund for my subscription forever, doesn't that mean I want to cancel? I felt bad for the poor customer service assistant who was reading a script about the benefits of the subscription but next time Fabletics, please, please have either an easy cancellation on the website, or cancel when I first request? Over £100 has been taken out of my account unknowingly.

Wow 😮 reading the reviews on here has made me realized that I am not the only one. I followed all the rules on this website signed up to make use of the 2 for £24 offer but had to open up an account to do it. When it came to paying the £54.99 for credit it said I can skip a month as many times that I wanted so I did because I needed that money to live off!!!
However even though i skipped they still took the money out 2 days later. I didn’t understand! I reach out and the operator said certainly we will refund you we understand, you should receive it in 3 to 5 working day. Great i thought.
Then i asked him to cancel my account, omg he didn’t like that and was offering me all sorts to keep the account open. I just kept refusing and he eventually did what i, only took 2 hours!!!
A week has gone past and I still haven’t received my refund, so yesterday i phoned them. The operator didn’t introduce herself but she told me that the guy that I had spoken to on the web chat had cancelled my account but did not processed the refund!! I was fuming a this point but tried to stay calm. She kept putting me on hold!! When she came back she said I have now processed your refund you should receive it in 3 to 5 working days. I said thank you please could you confirm your name for reference. Then she put the phone down.
I wish I had never brought anything from this website I am out of pocket of £54.99. I knew it was a scam I just wish i didn’t fall for the stupid offers that is all over social media.
I won’t give up with trying to get this money back and I am going to double check that my account has been cancelled because i don’t believe anything they say.
My advice would be to avoid this company has they don’t play fair.

Poor customer service. Refuse to offer a refund for incorrect monthly payment. Only honour offers to new members. Online chat agents just cancel the chat, over an hour on the phone for them to hang up. Will cancel the membership asap.

"Your website is very confusing"
Your website is very confusing, you have several options for the same item, it would be better to have the type of item for example "motion365 with pocket" then you click on for the different colours or lengths, instead of having all options on the list, it gets confusing. :)
