I ordered clothing and waited 2 weeks and never arrived. Turns out it had never been sent. They were willing to try resend with items being out of stock as well. I only knew this because I had to ring them and waited on hold for 15mins. Waste of time do not bother

Absolutely disgraceful business tactics by getting people to sign up to a “VIP” membership. Then making no communication, hoping they forget about signing up and then charging them £55! It’s put me in an awful financial situation as they’ve been very sneaky with their smallprint. They’re preying on people to forget and charge them an absurd amount for a bang average product. Genuinely sickening tactic with no morals at all. Disgraceful comapany.

AVOID AVOID - You will get charged without you knowing and spend hours to resolve it, still with no luck. Apparently you are enrolled to their Membership plan, how kind of them and a monthly charge of £54.99. This is the worse experience ever.

I too fell for this scam, thought I was buying two pairs of leggings for £24,at no point did I sign up for them to take further payments of £54.99!who in the right mind pays the prices of these leggings at what they say is proper price let alone spends £55.00 a month on them?I thought it was a sale so quickly purchased two pairs on their offer!I didn’t even like them but kept them because they were cheap!They werent, turns out they have cost me a fortune! Avoid like the plague!
