"Terrible customer service!"

Ordered various things on an intro offer. I own a lot of gym gear so the leggings I ordered from Fabletics weren't used a lot in the first month or two yet the fabric became bobbly and faded despite only a few washes (done according to washing instructions). Basically the fabric was very poor quality. I contacted Fabletics and was told all they could do was send me a replacement pair because it had been longer than about a millisecond since I ordered them. I declined as there didn't seem any point in getting an identical pair of rubbish leggings, but then decided that at least I'd get a bit longer wear for my money and sent an email saying okay, I'll have the replacements, but please close my account. I got a reply saying that the thread was too long and I'd have to start a new one. Eh????? I sent another. I got an acknowledgement email from them but no reply. At this point I decided to cut my losses and give up. BUT then I started getting repeated emails to coax me into opening my account again. And this is where they REALLY pissed me off - there is no way to unsubscribe from the deluge of marketing rubbish without signing in to my account THAT IS CLOSED. Why is my account still accessible, and therefore live? Why can't I unsubscribe my email from their marketing without going through hoops that are against UK law? And when I sent an email to them stating this (an email that definitely arrived as I received an acknowledgement email from them), why did they not reply? As I said already - terrible customer service. AVOID!!!

Ordered and then cancelled my membership 10 minutes later that they add on without telling you. They then charged me £54.99, when I rang they said they couldn’t do anything (even though I did cancel). Love the clothing but has put me off ordering again from them.

very sneaky. if you take the intro offer you get stung with a VIP membership which you dont want for £54pm and it's a pain to cancel. avoid this website.

I ordered some leggings from them which were fine but later that month £54.99 came out of my account. When ringing up they told me this was a monthly subscription I had unknowingly signed up for. There was nothing saying about this hidden fee.

Daylight Robbery! I've made a £28 purchase and 1 month later I'm being charged for 54.99 for a subscription that I don't even know that existed. Massive Scam from This Company, stay away

Decent clobber but well over priced with a complicated pricing/credit structure . A credit costs c£55 everything costs 1 credit once you have a ‘credit’… Don’t slip up and buy credits… Don’t be fooled by the introductory prices either!

Ordered two pairs of shorts months ago as they was at a bargain price on Instagram. Bought them and to be honest haven’t had a problem with the shorts exactly but just learnt the other day that they have being taking £54.99 from my account for 4 months because of this one time purchase. After emailing back and forth with this company they have basically said that I chose to do this as I have not read this upon my order. They didn’t once say I would pay this fee every month to get two pairs of shorts and if I had of known I definitely wouldn’t have bought that quality of shorts for they full price. Do not buy off this company!!!

They reel you in with a great deal; however remember if something seems too good to be true it usually is. You buy your items at a discounted price but somewhere in the process they hide the important information that signs you up for huge costs in the future. I’ve just had a significant amount of money taken out of my account a month after I thought I’d bagged a bargain.

I genuinely don’t know how the CEO and leadership team sleep at night. Terrible. Fraudulent and immoral.
