"Scammed out of £54"
I had no idea that agreeing to join their VIP club when purchasing a pair of leggings meant I would be paying £54 a month. It was in extremely small print right at the bottom of my email receipt. I will be cancelling it immediately. It was a hell of a shock to find that coming out of my account. Really sneakily done and while they make good quality leggings I don't appreciate being scammed. I've never fallen for something like this before, so I guess, well done.

"Your site was difficult to order from"
Your site was difficult to order from. I was trying to add a sale item to my VIP credit item I'd already ordered, and it kept changing the sale item back to the full price on the checkout page. It's working now, but I started trying to order yesterday. I'll be canceling my membership once I receive it, as I don't have enough time, lol.

"Scam: they’ve taken £165 from my account"
They have charged me 3 membership payments (£164.97 in total) without me knowing. After thinking I’d cancelled it after the first 2, I had another payment taken 3 months later. Rather than cancelling my membership, they’d paused it. It is impossible to get a refund. I do not recommend.

"Can only update billing information by buying something!"
I have been using the subscription service for years, and recently my card expired so I needed to update my billing information. I contacted customer service and was told the only way to update my card and be able to purchase my monthly credit was by making an additional purchase, as new cards can only be added via checkout. Please update this system, as it seems wild that in order to keep using the subscription service I have to pay for something additionally.

"Speedy easy way to order"
Speedy easy way to order. Good offers but unsure of sizing due to many options being available which I like, so will see when they arrive .

The clothes are great but I’ve had issues placing orders on the app that has resulted in various items going out of stock because of the amount of time it took for the issue to be “solved”. After speaking to customer service they advised me in a work around so even though I was then able to place an order the problem isn’t fixed on the app, it’s just a work around which isn’t great.

"The app is very irratic"
The app is very irratic, not allowing me to sign in, and not sending email for me to reset. Always have problems skipping month, as the app is unreliable, which is very frustrating
