You’re a great company and I am so grateful to have your superb product help with my insomnia and muscle aches. I am now a regular subscriber every two weeks, and I love the service, not having to go across town to a flaky CBD store run by sullen teenagers. It’s nice to talk to adults when there’s a problem. Overall, you are a reliable excellent company.
And the only reason you don’t get five stars is we need some type of TEXT Notification when your product arrives by USPS in summer. Because the product can sit out in the mailbox for hours getting hot, which as we both know degrade CBD making it less potent. You text at other time sensitive times, and I’m sure you are linked up to your shippers, who I pay a premium to get the fast service for. So just text us when it’s going to be in our mailbox even if it’s a window of time on a particular day, and give us a heads up and will be looking for it.

Product was to be delivered on 6/11/22 but did not arrive till 6/13/22 and were melted together. Had to pry them out if the bag. Update: received a nice response saying a replacement would be sent and to watch for tracking but received a second email saying I could only get a replacement if I returned the melted product. Very confused 🫤
