Customer service to beat all customer service. Jake from Pinnacle answered all my questions and explained so much more. I love the products, service, and mission of Pinnacle. I tore my rotator cuff and now have a frozen shoulder. Full Spectrum 1800 helps take the edge off while I heal. I can't wait get my next order with the Renewing salve to treat externally as well. Keep up the great work and honest product.

Sorry, but the inability on the web site to establish a subscription is very poor. Tried to resolve with online chat and got partial response but window closed itself. Tried to email but got no reply. Now order is filled and shipped and we get screwed. It’s too bad. The products are good but website doesn’t seem to be ready for prime time. It’s sad because webpage has 2014-2022 copyright which means it’s probably always been bad and hasn’t been fixed. Guess I’ll keep searching for a more dependable company. Truly sad.

Update: Right after I submitted this review, I got a follow up email where everything was worked out and I am happy again. Sometimes technology gets us all and they’ve fixed some oversights.

I’m currently on my 2nd order of my RIFT THC-O and I have to be honest with you I love it 💕!!! I take it every night 2hrs before I go to bed and I sleep like a baby. Prior to RIFT I had really rough time staying a sleep all night I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is having a hard time sleeping. And the customer service is awesome 💕💕!!! "Best Customer Service EVER!"

I've placed 4 orders with these guys. The 4th one had 2 faulty Rift disposable pens in it. I emailed them, & the level of customer service I received, was outstanding!! Not only were the emails personal, but I had replacements in hand, within a week! Even contacted me to make sure they'd arrived. The disposable pens are fantastic!! I suffer with an injury to my back, that includes permanent nerve damage, also PCOS, & fibromyalgia. The pens allow me to take puffs, as needed, very inconspicuously, & they taste better than any others I've tried. It may be just the mix itself, but these work for me. This will be the only company i buy from, from now on!!

Participated in a random Δ8 review process recently. Rift (by Pinnacle) was my favorite and this was my review of the 25mg gummies:
"The Rift Delta 8 Gummies are multi colored. I started with the orange 25mg, which had an immediate tartness that turned to a dissolving Mike & Ike's, almost unnoticeable aftertaste, and a great interpretation of a sweet treat. The red and yellow versions were the same. A pleasant high although I was out before the 4 hour mark. Will try again!"
After the current purchase, directly from Pinnacle, I have used between 1 and 3 depending on time and daily level of comfort. I haven't experienced the knock out from my original experience and the aftertaste is non existent in comparisons with rivals. I think I am converted from the choco's.
Additionally with this purchase I opted to try the Δ8 Cart Hybrid with the Hawaiian Haze terpenes flavor. This has a clean, cool, gentle flavor up to a 5 second intake (+2 second heating) before the light smoke becomes heavier. I use up to 30 seconds per evening across 2-3 hours, usually 1-3 seconds at a time. It's been 10 days and about half has been dispensed. I am continually very pleased!
Additionally I have tried the Rift - Lemondade Kush Δ8 Syringe. For the review I wrote: : Light lemony undertones highlight Rift's Δ8 Lemonade Kush Hybrid Syringe Distillate. Various applications, 1 hour, and .8 grams later a full tingly sensation melted away. Continued faithfully nearly 8 hours.
Note: this was a total of .8 grams in 8 hours, likely .1 / hour intake and about an hour for the effects to encompass.
I was surprised Rift barely got a mention in that "contest" although the winners were not included in my kit. Still, Rift, my favorite!
