"Historically a good experience"

I have had great luck with my stylist and up to now, great service. I like many of the pieces yet many times they are overpriced. I try to update my favorites and Elizabeth is doing a great job of matching clothes to my style. It's like Christmas when the box arrives! If I have something similar already in my closet, I return that item. Due to external circumstances, my box is more than a week late. They did refund my styling fee which I do appreciate very much. I will continue to wait patiently but I will cancel if the delays continue.

"Delayed Shipment"

The customer service team is top notch. I was concerned about my quarterly box being late, and I received a prompt response from DL. The delay is no fault of DL, yet they were kind enough to extend my checkout date to align with my return from travel abroad. Stephanie, you are much appreciated!

I got a very good response to my question. I just wish the app was more user friendly. It says my shipment was to be sent by Jan 21 and nothing else was showing and its almost the end of the month and I had to contact them. Still there is no shipping information.
