Customer from Australia...I recently purchased the Peacoat and after 3-4 outings, the lining ripped which I was disappointed about. I wrote to complain and received no response. When Garrisons got back to me a few days later they explained a staff member had been away. Immediately they asked for some photos of the lining tear and without fuss replaced the coat. It was despatched within 2-3 days and they said I could donate the other coat to charity. Excellent customer service and will be more than happy to continue to purchase from Garrison Tailors.
