"Great Hat, Poor Packaging and Shipping"

Very happy with my shelby tweed newsboy hat. Quite disappointed in the way it was packaged and shipped however, which is why I gave 3 stars. The hat was stuffed in an envelope and was basically crushed up when I received it. It took quite a bit of work to get all the wrinkles and creases out that happened as a result. Considering the premium that I paid for the hat and shipping, I expected better.
