"Pipe Dream .......... More a NIGHTMARE"

An awful experience with this company with staff who have terrible attitude and poor customer service.
Order placed on 31/10 on 2/3 day courier Delivery expecting to receive on 2 or 4th Nov.
Contacted Pipe Dreams today on the 5th and they advised that parcel would be delivered today and gave me the tracking number.
When I entered the tracking number into DHL Website it said parcel had been COLLECTED today @10:15!!
Another telephone call to Pipe Dreams to be told their tracking system says it’s out for delivery on their van today.
I have no idea what’s gone wrong here and accept mistakes/errors do happen but to be untruthful Gets you nowhere and just makes you look like some Mickey Mouse business.
I’d rather pay a little more money for the fittings and get a quality service. #behonest

First time using Pipe Dream Fittings...... they have a decent, user friendly site with a good range of stock items.
I put in an order for 25 separate items, varying pipes and fittings... some needed threading, odd sizes etc. and the whole lot arrived the next day, cut and threaded exact to order...... can't really ask for anything more.
I have more orders to put through, so it's reassuring to know that the service is there !!
