The course was really well thought out and excellently presented by Rob Lazaro. Content was extensive and we covered a lot of ground in the six hours. But the time went very quickly, a sign the Trainer had captured the audience's full attention the whole time. We worked in small teams on the practical parts of the course and everyone was comfortable working in this way - again a tribute to Rob's skill in melding everyone together. All in all a very worthwhile stimulating experience, more than meriting the 5 star rating.
