"A great investment for our staff"

We arranged the Emergency First Aid at Work session for a group of 8 employees at our SME. I wasn't in the training myself but I received nothing but positive feedback from the delegates. Everyone said that the trainer was engaging and informative, that they thoroughly enjoyed the day and that they felt confident and empowered afterwards. We were very pleased that we made the investment!

"Great course but read the T&C's"

Great course experience, tutor was very good and friendly and the day ran seamlessly. As a small business owner, the only criticism I would have is the strict T&C's and related charges, everyone knows that the T&Cs should be read but I think more direction should be given verbally, when making an enquiry or booking a course. Small businesses generally do not have the financial flexibility that larger business would have when it comes to budgeting and emergency expenditures, I did feel somewhat backed into a corner when I tried to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances prior to the course.

I booked this course for 7 of my guys plus myself. The instructor came nice and early to set up and made it a decent course. He was an experienced first responce paramedic so he knew his stuff. He answered all the questions we threw at him with no nonsence or text book answers, but with real life, helpful answers and tips. The lads also liked the course. The price was bang on as well.

I do appreciate that my booking of this was very last minute and was very pleased that we could be accommodated with such short notice. I am aware that it may be due to the time scale that the trainer did not have all the age appropriate equipment . The way the training was delivered was to a high standard and the trainer was very knowledgeable.
