The SX400 is very accurate and easy to use. I also own a SX500.
I was quite disappointed when I found out SKY Golf no longer has a "Family" membership plan. Therefore, I am now forced to pay 2-membership fees.

First, I was not informed that the family plan was canceled before I renewed my membership. Will cost me double for my Granddaughter to use my other skycaddie.
Second, just found out that my Touch is no longer usable even though there is nothing wrong with it. It's garbage now.

My sky caddie was on auto pay and they cancalled my subscription before the auto pay so therefore I didn't know and while playing golf my sky caddie quit working

"Not happy with renewal "
My service was to expire about April 25. I renewed for 3 years but, did a downgrade from double eagle to eagle since I never go out of the country and I didn't want the Bridgestones. So, because I renewed 2 months early I don't get the full 3 years. It now expires around February 25. I don't think that's right. I also think there should be a 3 year option for the in state level, as I never take my clubs out of Florida. I also talked to a young lady at sky Caddie and she said I should call back in April. That's not going to happen.
