I was looking for a futon for our den to serve as seating and for any houseguests who needed a place to sleep. Somehow I stumbled across Gjemeni and read the reviews and explored the product online. I took a shot and I have to say everything about the process was fantastic - easy ordering, quick and clear communication, fast delivery and friendly and helpful delivery to the threshold of where I needed to sofa and ottoman. And then there was the unboxing experience. Seriously the most innovative and attractive packaging and assembly process I’ve ever seen. Easy as pie and everything went perfectly. The sofa and ottoman look fantastic, are very comfortable and feel solid and well manufactured. I love the innovative outlets - they come in handy - and the minimalist design works everywhere. The adjustable backrest and headrest are super and easy to do. The leather is easy to clean. I think this is a tremendous product and great company. Bravo.

Not the most comfortable couch that they claimed. I would of returned it but the boxes were to huge to store

"The couch was easy to put together"

The couch was easy to put together. I was able to move it and set it up alone. However, the outer box was hard to get into and required a great deal of space. I had to cut it up into pieces. Also, the third party delivery service was less than stellar. It was rescheduled 3 times.
