Headset will not connect to anything. No instructions on how to utilize headset. And cannot reach anyone in customer service. Also cannot return due to small return window.

Unbelievably clever, and simple to use.
Good for the team around a table, although on single-use it will show the other side of a room, which would be good to control. But its robust has good sound and a mike system, very pleased with the purchase.

Our room aesthetic is leaning towards minimalistic oak and white setup. The device came in gray and silver which looked very modern. We love the AI feature, to be honest. It was like having a meeting in the future.

The device itself was in good condition. However, the outer box had some dents on the edges. It didn't make for a good present. But the Coolpo itself worked wonders. Wonderful firmware update too.

The set up time is very fast. Once we got used to the tight positioning of the cable at the bottom, we could set up our meeting anywhere in just under 3 minutes. We also purchased a 3rd party carry case that helped in the portability of the device but it made it quite heavy.
