Excellent noise reduction, maybe could use a little more volume for the ambient sounds. The buds are more comfortable and less sweaty than ear phones

Wrong item delivered twice because they were out of stock with what I wanted, so they sent something else! All this after I explained the first time what I wanted and it was time critical for a gift. Then failed to arrange collection on 3 occasions. This is the second bad experience I’ve had, as if the first wasn’t bad enough when I purchased a set of custom in ear digital protection. The first set didn’t work at all, they got repaired and when they came back only one worked. The staff polite and in no way at all awkward, but never again
