One star deducted due quality of service rather than product . Earmuffs are expensive but also to do with vagueness of employee when asking a question and instructions not showing if electronic built in mic should face at front or rear, marketing show both. Not sure if it even makes any difference TBH but would be nice to know. There was no confirmation when the warranty was registered so I have no ide if ut was received or how I can prove that if equipment fails.
