Very poor service. Accepted order then dispatch was put back to 20th January. I’ve just received the items today via Yodel. All I was told by Olivia at customer services was to follow the Yodel link to track items and if I wasn’t satisfied complain to them! Yodel tracking kept saying more info required from sender but sender wasn’t that interested. Haven’t even opened the items and have no faith they’ll be ok! Won’t order again!

I was sceptical when I saw the 90cm infinity Santa at such an amazing price I thought it must be one of those scam websites so I had a bit of a prowl on the internet about the Company and read the 5* Trust pilot reviews so I thought why not!! In for a penny & all that! I also threw in a beautiful pencil 6ft grey pine for good measure. I was well informed that they wouldn’t dispatch until after 16/1/25 & to be honest I had forgotten the order until I received the notification from Yodel. Both items arrived today & I’m over the moon with them. Can’t wait for Christmas and it’s only January!! Will absolutely be shopping with this company again. Highly recommended.

"Order unseen for 8 days and no one knows where it is!!!"
Ordered the item last sunday, claim to arrive in 3-5 days. It is now 8 days from order, order unseen, called the company, they dont know where the item is as YODEL didnt update them. Called YODEL, they dont know as well as the driver didn't update.
We only get the message from YODEL: we have it.
Tried to call the company for help: the CS laughed at me being pissed off or played around by repeating: Yeah, that's what I mean. I cannot give you an update when I dont have an update!
Item was bought for the party. Party is over and item still hasnt arrived yet and no one knows where it is!!!
I would give zero star if I could.

"Customer Service So-So"
I ordered an item on-line which was accepted and my bank account was duely deducted with the correct amount. Within 24 hours I received a tracking email showing the delivery company had accepted the pickup. After 7 working days of there being no sign of the goods I phoned to see what was going on with my order. 'Coincidentally' the person I spoke to was about to contact me to let me know they couldn't locate the items in their warehouse and they would organise a refund. Unconvinced that they were just about to contact me on the same day that I contacted them so customer service gives them a three star rating. Refund was received promptly after the call.
