I have ordered from you a few times. I would order again but when I ordered last time I was lied to so not sure if I trust you.

I ordered some things a few years ago but an item arrived broken. Instead of sending the item back and have a replacement you gave me a £10 off voucher to be used on my next phone order.

Then a year later when I tried to do a phone order you said you could see the voucher on my account but you were unable to put the code through on the order at that time so you told me to place the order and that you would then refund me £10 afterwards on my card. I never did get that £10 refunded so I was lied to to make me put in an order.

I am a vulnerable person on the Autism Spectrum, I really struggle with all communication especially phone calls, and have high anxiety.
