I have purchased quite a few times from christies, particularly when I opened my salon & bought all my equipment.
One of my recent orders, I purchased some blades which turned out to be completely blunt. Contacted them to be told that because I hadn't tried them within 14 days that they won't do anything about it.
I hadn't opened the salon yet so unfortunately had no dogs to test the blades... Although you don't expect to buy new and for them to be blunt!! So Ive had to pay extra to get them sharpened.
