Very appalled with Christie’s customer service. Usually everything is okay and arrives in a good time, but I ordered a Groom Professional 2F Blade recently that arrived faulty. Immediately made a loud noise on my clippers and wouldn’t clip through a fully prepped doodle coat. I tried oiling, still nothing.
Christie’s have refused to refund us the £42, even though they sold me a faulty item.

Black pawed labradoodle who is very fidgety having her nails clipped so have tried the Andis nail grinder. I was very surprised at how quickly she settled and tolerated the grinder. I can now do all four paws with her sat on my lap. After a few short grinds to get her used to it her claws are starting to look good.
