Bought a 16mm clipper blade at a cost of £41.95 when they arrived they were faulty and wouldn’t cut hair I got in touch with there customer service and was told that because I didn’t try the within the first 2 weeks that they wasn’t going to do anything about it!!! And I have just noticed that I’m not the only customer with the same problem!! WTH!!! Sort your service out Christie’s Direct
