Attune have closed some of their centres so that means longer travel times. Also some of the products (ie hearing aids) they supply to customers can only be dealt with through them.
This is fine unless you experience complications, problems, or issues arising between appointments- then it's more frequent & longer trips to & from Attune so that these can be rectified.
The service is friendly and professional and they take the time to make sure that everything works well and that you are happy before the appointment ends.
Just not confident with some of the products as with increased tech.(even though it seems great at first) more things can go wrong too.

I have just recently purchased new hearing aids from attune Rockhampton,
The service then was second to none and was very happy.
About 2 months into my contract the aids started to cut in and out and the connection with my phone was not working properly so went back to the office to get them checked as I was told before I purchased the aids that they don’t muck around if there is a problem with them they simply get replaced.
Bit over a week later I haven’t heard anything from the office so I rang to see what the progress of my aids was only to find out that they were back.
I do not understand why I wasn’t notified that they were back.
Also there wasn’t anything wrong with them.
Sadly this doesn’t surprise me as I have been with another hearing company in Rockhampton and there after sales service just didn’t exist.
I’m sorry to say but it seems as tho they are all over you to make the sale but then when something goes wrong they just don’t want to know you and I’m sure if anyone has spent $12500 on a product there should be a bit of after sales care given.

Run, do not walk, away from this mob.
I saw them on a GP recommendation and was immediately pressured into buying a pair of hearing aids.
I didn't buy them, but I am now getting repeated phone calls with their high pressure sales technique to come in for another test - given the pressure to buy aids I won't be going back!
Every time they call, I ask to be taken off their call list, but they refuse to do so.

I bought a spare set of hearing aids – exactly the same make & model as I had bought from Attune.
I enquired about having my settings copied from their computer onto the spare set --- $1500 !!
Expert Hearing quoted $500 to do an assessment and set them up for me, from scratch.
Specsavers did an assessment, updated my original hearing aids, and copied the settings onto my spare set --- all for $93.55

Katrina Demitreou at the Crows Nest Attune Clinic is THE BEST! She's very professional, caring and thorough with clear instructions and advise. I had a minor issue with my hearing aid and she fit me in to her busy day on very short notice to fix my problem within 10 mins. What a jewel she is!

I was a client of Attune Kawana for several years and received excellent service. Then I relocated to the UK and needed a repair for one device. I visited a local audiologist who tried to defraud me so I emailed Attune in Kawana. The reply came by return, they had identified a sister company near my address, I went there and got the same excellent service that I had received in Australia. First-class company with integrity.

I had an exceptional experience with my hearing test at Attune Hearing Hurstville today. The Audiologist, Luke, was incredibly professional and respectful. He patiently explained the testing process and proceeded to discuss my results in a kind and thoughtful manner. I am truly grateful for his outstanding service and wholeheartedly recommend Attune Hearing to others.

"From the minute we walked into the…"
From the minute we walked into the rooms of Attune at Aspley, we were greeted by a very helpful, lovely receptionist.
I noticed that as each patient came in that she treated them with a lovely smile and was so nice and helpful and then to be assessed by someone with the calibre of Robin, made it so much easier for me.
Treating each patient with different problems can be trying for the practitioner, but even though it was the end of the day, Robin was not only lovely but was very patient with my difficulties.
My husband is an ex-School Principal and we know how important it is to treat people not only with respect, but to help to make them feel happy and at ease, and in this case it then makes it so much easier for both the patient and practitioner.
Thank you so much Robin, you have no idea how much I appreciated your help.

Friendly and help full staff. Audiologist was very thorough and spent plenty of time explaining everything.
