I want to love this company. I have bought three beds about ten years ago. I love the mattress but customer service is an issue to buy new mattress toppers. Let's see if they actually call back after calling three times and being disconnected, sigh. I will update if they call.I will say after one year our Queen bed from the company started to leak. Yes that was about 9 years ago. My husband had to reengineer the intake where the air was received to keep the mattress inflated. All in all I love the beds and the idea. Customer Service is beyond frustrating.

Where do I start please read to end…I want to start by saying “can’t even make this stuff up!!
It started by ordering the bed and how many people help you with the “ordering” process. We were so excited to have this bed with my spinal cord injury nothing has been comfortable. We were hopeful this bed was the one. Bed was “constructed “ and then shipped with no heads up it was coming. I arrived home after dark to this bed being just thrown in our driveway out in the open for anyone to take (this was a split king $3799.00). We brought in excited to set up removed old bed sent to goodwill and hooked up pump and be d (on Sunday) and pump didn’t work. Now no bed to sleep on. Called Monday to customer service told “oh so sorry for the unconvinced “ we will
Overnight a new pump to you. 2 weeks later a pump arrives in the meantime (2 days no bed) my husband ordered on Amazon a cord and bypassed pump and made it work. Then we noticed no controls to adjust air chambers called customer service once again “oh you need to use smartphone for controller” no directions to tell you that we will send you a $50 Mastercard out for all your troubles (never ever received) After about 45 nights of sleeping on mattresses they would not hold air so thought maybe cause we bypassed. So after getting the new pump 2 weeks later we hooked up new one, beds still wouldn’t keep selected number had to be adjusted every night prior to bed. So we called to initiate FREE return. They charge you $54 for the return kit. So we waited and waited and waited for return kit. (4 weeks later) Called back said the kit “had to be constructed “ LOL it’s 2 plastic bags and 4 straps to wrap around after packaging. We had split king and should’ve recieved 2 bags but they sent one king bag. Then the fun began!! We are 65 years old we wrestle these 2 mattresses put in bag and then hooked to vaccum cleaner to suck it down to one inch well maybe if we had the right bags. So 2 hours trying to get this packaged on again a Sunday didn’t happen bag just wouldn’t work. So called Monday to customer service was told we will send out another bag. Didn’t want to wait 4 weeks again so I went on Amazon and got correct bags delivered overnight for $19 and they charge $54 for “constructed” return kit. So FedEx came to pick up and the FedEx guy couldn’t pick up again I’m 65 and had to help him load. 4 days later mattress was returned to Personal Comfort and it took 14d for mattress to be inspected before refund issued. It took 1 month after they received mattress back prior to giving my money back. A dispute with credit card had to be made and the money was refunded next day. I asked that they give me Amazon bag purchase of $19 to be returned to me and they never gave that back and it was purchased due to their failed return kit. Just know that the purchase was super easy …but any problems expect a battle. After 10+ phone calls and 24-30 emails and 2 months everything was resolved. When calling they promise you everything and super nice and you get no results without a battle. order #10156971. I would say RUN and find a more reliable company!!! The start of our experience Feb ended May 2023

"Poor shipping experience"
I am a returning customer. My order does not appear under my profile. I was told I would receive notifications prior to FedEx shipping - I did not. Update: it gets better... Support added my order to my profile (required a password reset). As of right now, the order status is "In Production" and I just received a large package from FedEx that looks like a carpet roll - and of course: no Fedex shipment notications yet!

Jordan is clearly very well informed and experienced with the entire product line. He made NO effort to 'upsell' me. As his interest was demonstrated in his pursuit of what my best interests are and may be in the future.
It was a refreshing experience working Jordan. He was professional, very personable, efficient and patient with clear examples and explanations on the many different models and options. Overall, 5 stars are Not enough!
