I chose to call you because i have a friend who purchased your product. I had a car accident, and my back has been a problem since i have had so far 2 back surgeries, and am on the books for another one, hopefully this will do the trick on some of my pain. I was told your bed was the top of the line for those who are suffering from pain, and lack of sleep. I will say it has made a good difference for me, in my condition, i cannot expect a bed to be the miracle, but I will say it has been a big help with night comfort, and I am getting more sleep along with medication, that sounds crazy, but even with medication before acquiring your bed, I was still not getting more than 2 hours sleep at night. So i will say it has been satisfactory, i chose the bed that separated at the top only, and after having it for more than a month, I decided i would enjoy total separation more, because when he food of he bed goes up, i feels like both not only rise, but it feels like its going sideways on both sides, and also the sheets are too much of a chore for one person to make the bed, i believe I will have an easier time making the bed with separate sheets, and i hope i am correct on his. Most importantly, your sales rep has done a fabulous job taking care of me, she absolutely has not just knowledge but also personality, very smooth, helpful. We did have a glitch with the delivery guys, but all was well, i just hope your customer care remains the same

Took several days and several calls and emails to get help. I realize the problem was on the manufacturer of the base not PC directly which is why I only dropped my review by 1 star. They finally talked me through re pairing the remote and it worked great for about a month. Now when attempting to re pair it again, the control box pair light does nothing at all when pressed and held so am again not able to adjust the bed. Personally, I would recommend a PC bed to anyone, but would discourage them from purchasing one of the bases you offer due to the very poor ability for the one I have to work properly.

This bed is very comfortable as long as it is in a flat position. I purchased the top of their line base and mattress for close to 9000, assuming it had a 120-day satisfaction guarantee. Within a month the adjustable base broke due to "inaccurate installation" and will need to be replaced. The mattress also struggles to keep fully inflated while the bed is in an upright position to read or watch T.V. I spoke to customer service about returning the entire bed due to how quickly it broke and that made me question the quality of such an expensive product. I was informed the mattress could be returned but the base was non-returnable. My base was 1000 dollars more than my mattress. If I would have known the base was not included in the 120-day guarantee I would have not purchased this product. I encourage you to read the fine print and to top it all off I am also still waiting for my broken base to be replaced.

"An awesome bed wrapped in terrible customer service!"

Personal Comfort makes an awesome bed! It is beyond comfortable. What is severely lacking is the little extras. My bed was shipped two weeks later than usual because of issues with COVID-19. But, for some unknown reason (no one could explain why) the sheets (a special size) didn’t arrive until weeks after the bed was delivered. When you sell a bed that you charge $7000 for, your customer SHOULD DEFINITELY HAVE the sheets when the bed is delivered. And then, to add insult to injury, when I attempted to get a refund for the sheets, (I purchased them elsewhere) it took 4 phone calls to customer service & as many weeks to receive a refund. This was nothing but seriously substandard customer service. The level of quality of the product you sell should be accompanied by the same level of customer service. (Or higher) When it isn’t, it significantly impacts the overall experience of what would otherwise be great. I am disappointed! ☹️

I enjoy the bed. I wish there was more explanation on how to get the best comfort. I still don't sleep well. I am a side sleeper and can't find the best firmness and position for my comfort.
