"A Very Comfortable Bed"

The sales person, was very helpful with selecting a bed for me. Their communication is excellent, and provided notices when the bed went in to production and when it was shipped. The projected shipping date of the bed was accurate. The packaging of bed was excellent!

I purchased the A3 bed. The materials and components are of very high quality. (I'm impressed) and the workmanship is excellent. Assembly was easy because of the videos on the website and other bed information available on their website. I'm very impressed with the amount of information on their website, and I feel this contributed to the purchase of the bed by me.

The bed is so easy to adjust. After reading the recommendations in the instructions, I only had to set the air level one time. The bed is so comfortable, and for me, it nearly eliminates all my sciatic nerve pain in my hips and legs while using the bed.

Purchasing a Personal Comfort bed was a good move for me.

The bed itself is o.k. It's not the experience I was hoping for. The delivery experience was horrible. The transportation company assigned did not have the correct delivery instructions which we paid extra for and we spent a large amount of time on the phone with personal comfort to get things straightened out. I must say that the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! They worked through the delivery issues and have been working with me regularly to adjust the bed to my comfort level.

We love our Personal Comfort Bed! It has been a game-changer for us. We knew that we liked very different levels of firmness, but we had no idea just how different till we got our Personal Comfort Bed. I'm sleeping on a cloud at 15, while my husband is at 50. We wake up without stiff or sore backs now that we can set our personal comfort levels. The buying process was easy through the website, and our mattress arrived fairly quickly. Setup was easy! I highly recommend Personal Comfort Beds to anyone who co-sleeps.

We are very happy with the service from Personal Comfort from the time of purchase through assembly. The mattress was delivered by FedEx with the boxes soaked with some commercial cleaning solution but the contents were packaged so good that nothing other than the boxes was damaged. Good Job! Assembly was simple following the directions. We purchased the A8 mattress but we are not sure about the quilted top and thinking that maybe we should have gotten the smooth top. At least with Personal Comfort we have the option to purchase a different top if we decide. Other than that we are very happy with the mattress and sleeping much better. Highly recommend!
