Personal Comfort was great but the delivery and set-up service held my bed for a month had to call to find out where it was and was told they had put it in storage.

Very happy I purchased the Personal Comfort A8 Power Flex Head 3 King bed. It’s very comfortable and I love it!! Excellent customer service, when the bed was delivered the 2 gentleman that delivered the bed were very friendly and knowledgeable of your product & were able to put the bed together for us and answered our questions. When we call customer service, the representatives are very friendly & knowledgeable and are able to assist us in a timely manner.

We called the help line for an unusual problem with the air distribution. Their rep, Kevin, got right on it with the specialists to evaluate our pictures. Wow!!! They were pleasant and wonderful with the solution very quickly. We had bought an additional pillow top and had mistakenly zipped it under the top cover in error. The pillow top needed to put on top. We are sleeping on a cloud now. We appreciate their expertise and courtesy!! We'll recommend the Personal Comfort to everyone we know!

"I bought this bed for my 79 year old…"

I bought this bed for my 79 year old mother. She has had many beds and different kinds of mattresses and nothing seemed to help. She complained about each one of them . She would say they were lumpy or she was always in a hole. She couldn't get happy about her bed or mattress we brought in to her. Mattress after mattress and it has added up in money. I decided to go with personal comfort mattress A6 model. After watching how to put it together it didn't seem hard at all. It looks like a very well made bed. The nice thing is you can add or take away some padding inside the mattress..if you sleep hot you can get a gel cooling topper that goes inside the mattress. It is a solid bed. So here come the part where my mom sleeps on it. Trying to find her number. She likes a firm bed so we had her lay down and started lowering the number until she said number 41 was her number. She has not changed it and I have to ask her about her sleep now. It used to be the this bed that bed !!!. Now nothing! To me I think I have a happy satisfied mother and she isn't going to tell me she loves her bed. She wouldn't tell me that it is perfect for her. Nor would she give thanks to the people who went mattress shopping for years because that is all we heard about. I am 100% confident to day my mom loves her bed and she is getting better sleep now. She isn't going to complain because she can't....it is that good. Now it has made me want to get our new bed thru personal comfort. They give such a nice long trial but after you sleep on it for a few days..you found your bed. I compared it to a sleep number and this bed is better built.
