"The bed is comfortable but I wonder how long it will last."

The bed is comfortable but I wonder how long it will last. I bought the i8 bed and adjustable frame. I've noticed that the remote for the bed frame doesn't always work. I hope this wasn't a mistake to go with Personal Comfort instead of Sleep Number...Only time will tell. Wish me luck!

I previously had a Sleep Number bed. The Personal Comfort mattress is far superior in so many ways. From my first phone call to the first night I slept on it, the Personal Comfort experience was truly amazing. The construction alone was eye opening. The number of layers to the variety of materials make this mattress truly outstanding. The customer assistance was also top notch. I'd recommend this mattress to anyone that desires an unbelievable night's sleep.

I was happy until I had a leak now a week later still no part and for last 2 days still waiting on reply well 2 replies for information on how to return. A deflated bed it a waste and waiting days for a replacement part isn’t working

"After years... peaceful sleep."

My wife has severe injuries from a parachuting accident and multiple surgeries and was never able to sleep more than 20-30 minutes in any one position. All that has changed since we bought this bed. The adjustable frame and mattress pressure give everyone the perfect comfort level. We loved it from the first night. It did take some creativity and base extensions to get it to fit and function inside our old king frame. I can’t recommend this bed and company enough!

This company knocks it out of the park when it comes to customer service. I purchased my bed at least 5 years ago and needed some parts for the frame. They went above and beyond locating the parts I needed within a few hours. They stayed in constant communication with me about the status of the parts.
I LOVE my bed but now that I had to deal with customer service I will be a lifetime supporter of this company.

"Love the bed not the wait."

Love the bed. I would have given a five but I didn’t see when I ordered that it would take a while to receive it. Took about a month. It was worth the wait though. Thinking of buying another one for our second home.
