It took me a few night at different settings, but once I found the right one, I can go to bed with pains, and wake up feeling fine. It is one of the best mattresses that I have ever had. Thank you so very much!

The sales consultants were very helpful and thorough. They where excellent at making recommendations for my specific needs rather than upselling.
Both beds came very neatly packed to my doorstep.
The set up was so easy my 15 yearold did unsupervised.
The very first night on the new bed I slept through the night without waking. This rarely happened in the past.

Very responsive and very efficient in delivery and installation of the bed, especially when we decided to exchange the mattress for another type. Personal Comfort personnel were very helpful.

"I love my bed"

I love my bed! After 60 days I sleep better for sure. We found it took us about 3 weeks to finally decide we had found our sweet spots.
Now my issues are the guys who delivered and put bed together were very nice guys. But they are not employed by Comfort so not to helpful on bed operation. I had difficulty getting Comfort to respond to emails & when I called with questions I got quick answers and I felt like they didnt really care about my issue..But again love the bed. Hard to change sheets on split king..

I'm very pleased with my Personal Comfort bed. This is my third attempt to find a mattress that was comfortable and didn't leave my back hurting in the morning. The order was filled quickly which was welcome as I'd been sleeping on a hideabed. I also believe that a mattress could be the root of many of the physical problems that people seem to have. I, personally, was having difficulty walking so this mattress was a life saver.

We love our new bed however, the shipping portion of this process was unbearable. This is a 3rd party business that Personal Comfort should consider NOT using in the future. The delivery personnel did not wear shoe coverings inside the house and we had just had our carpets cleaned. Our bed was shipped to them and it was going to be an additional 3.5 weeks before we would then receive it. This was also an additional 2 weeks past the time frame given by the sales rep when we placed our order. Your sheets are extremely overpriced! and the bed looses air during the week by 1-2 numbers.

"My Personal Comfort review"

We purchased the R13 Full-Split California King mattress and the Power-Flex 3 Adjustable Base. We also got the Ice Tech Cooling Mattress Protector, and the Premium Bamboo Sheet Set. (The sheets are top notch...I will be purchasing more!)

Even after just one night’s sleep I could say that this is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I tossed and turned at least 50% less than usual, and I did not wake up with a stiff back...that was a great start. I also noticed that I did not feel hot last night. That Ice Tech Cooling Mattress Protector is amazing. And you know how most mattress makers claim to mold to the contour of your body for great support, well this is the first mattress that actually delivers on that promise. I don’t know what that top layer of the mattress is made of, but it is amazing.

It’s now been a month since we got the bed, and we still say it’s the best bed we’ve ever had. We’ve had 6 beds in our 36 years, and this just may be the last one we buy. We had a Sleep Number bed before this one, which we liked, but we wanted to get an adjustable bed for our aging bodies, so I started doing the research...looking at Consumer Reports, reading reviews, and doing comparisons. What struck me most was the quality of materials and the construction of the Personal Comfort beds.

So if you’re looking to get a new bed, I can honestly say that I believe that you will not be disappointed!
