This is our second mattress that we have purchased I'll be honest I don't like the smart bed technology, I prefer to make my own choices but other than that the bed works great. One thing to remember if the mattress is in a cold room 60 degrees that affects the way it works, it gets saggy. It's easy to put together and I didn't notice any funky smells. No problems with the air hoses either. I don't use the app either. The first one was a California King set into an old waterbed frame which we still have. We did have a SC but kept having problems with the mattresses not staying full.

For now 5 stars. Hope to not change. Took a while to get the bed as we ordered the newer R11 mattress. The in home setup team did a great job and was fast however XPO Logistics Who handled that didn’t call 30 mins ahead like they say so we weren’t quite prepared for their arrival. After our first night I woke up this morning with way way less pain in my lower back and mid to upper back/neck. So far so good after night number one I’m very happy with our decision

"Only been a couple of weeks but love…"

Only been a couple of weeks but love the bed so far. The pillows are terrible and not a fan. The delivery and set-up leaves a lot to be desired. We were left with 2 boxes of extra parts with no explanation as to what they were utilized for or even if we needed to keep them.

We had a sleep number for 10 years and when we started looking we realized that sleep number got cheaper with their design and we decided to try a personal comfort bed and we love it.

We retired a 20yo Sleep Number Cal King bed, and were looking for a replacement. We found a video for Personal Comfort on YouTube, liked the setup video, and found that the "same" bed was significantly less expensive. We chose to purchase and are passing 60 days of wonderful sleep. We highly recommend thier bed.

"Best purchase I've ever made."

After having lower back surgery and neck surgery, 11 years later sleeping on my memory foam mattress isn't doing the trick. This might sound like an info commercial, but i havn't slept better since we got this new personal comfort bed. my wife and I noticed a difference the very first night. There are a lot of great points that sold this for me.
1) I like how i can change the firmness of the mattress, its like having unlimited beds.
2) I really like how I can upgrade the internals of the mattress at any time.
3) I also liked how I didn't have to buy the entire bed system at once, but how I can purchase the remainder of it at any time. My wife and I only purchased the mattress and will buy the rest of it later that raises the foot and head sections of the bed.
4) Customer service has been amazing, they always get back to you within a day.
It is an expensive system, but worth every penny when you consider that its like having an endless number of mattress options. And comparably Personal Comfort offers much more than the competition.

Took awhile to get our bed but everything else went smoothly. We are still testing it out and because of things in life we have not been able to sit down and hook up to phones to check on how we are sleeping. So far it far surpasses our last 2 beds as far as comfort and waking up with far less aches and pains. So I would at this point call it a good investment hoping That it turns to Great investment in future

"Greatest bed we have ever had"

Greatest bed we have ever had. We are approaching seventy years of age and can now sleep eight hours a night if we want. No back pain, no getting up in the middle of the night. Thank you Personal Comfort!!!
