"GREAT Customer service"

We purchased the A8 mattress and deluxe frame. I have had 2 back surgeries and still have back problems, so again we tried another mattress. We have tried so many over the years trying to find something that can get me A great night sleep. This mattress was good, but was not the answer. So after 45 days we called to return the mattress. The customer service was something I have never experienced before, the young ladies we so helpful and apologetic that the mattress didn’t work for me. BUT again returning it was so easy and we were so thankful that we didn’t get the run around and hassles. Again thank you for great customer service.

My wife was having some issues with the model of the bed(s) that we purchased so Lonny and Kaitlyn worked with us to find a great solution and now she is very happy with our purchase. Big shout out to Giovani from Relax in Comfort in Winter Park Village for championing our issue when brought to their attention. Very satisfied now!

"Best Bed I Have Ever Had That Dealt With My Pain!"

I have had constant daily: back pain, neck pain and head pain from a fall on ice in 2008 and there hasn't been a doctor, chiropractor, neurologist or physical therapist able to give me any relief until..........I found this bed and purchased it! Yes, it is expensive, but for the pain I've endured for the past 14 years, no price was too high! I haven't had this kind of relief in 14 years and being able to raise my head and feet and the massage feature is absolutely priceless! For the first time in a long time, I can get a good night's sleep and wake up in no pain! I'd have to stay in bed all day to not have any pain, but my pain isn't immediate upon getting out of the bed. The pain does return but it's not as bad and it's not all day, but I will gladly take relief where I can get it, and that is in this bed! I was eyeing the competition but when I googled and found Personal Comfort and watched the video comparing the competition to their bed, that was a game changer! I was sold! It wasn't hard to assemble....my husband and I did it. I am very, very, very pleased with my bed and would highly recommend it to anyone who has back, head and neck pain!

Russell in the sales department was very helpful. I contacted him by Chat a couple weeks for technical questions, then again today by phone to purchase the A2 bed. He helped me achieve a final price that was lower than I had expected. He was friendly and low pressure the whole time, making it a positive experience.

"We were in high expectations waiting…"

We were in high expectations waiting for the delivery which took an average amount of time, 4 weeks, only to discover the product had damage which seemed to be from the manufacturer when it was packaged, and needed to be returned. The delivery men weren’t aware that they had to set the unit up but were more than willing to do so anyway. The company mentioned that a replacement would be expedited so it only took 2 weeks. The delivery was not completed on the day promised but they did deliver the next day anyway even though they did not have a truck scheduled for our area. The delivery men were very pleasant to work with and were very professional as well. The product seems to be constructed very well and delivery company was excellent. The only disappointment was having to wait an extra couple of weeks but truth being said, unexpected things do happen and so far we are pleased with the results.
