"CRM systems would be 5* but not for LMS"
Live Help Now has a wide variety of useful features for supporting Learning Management Systems and is significantly better than just using email.
It is apparent it is designed for sales and so some of the analytics don't make sense for an LMS. It wouldn't take much for this system to be designed to work perfectly with LMSs. if they did this it would be 5*.
There is already lots and lots great features, knowing user information before chats, customisable options to suit your brand and lots of technical information, surveys to see how good your Operators are as well.

We are testing out chat software. LiveHelpNow has many more options than Zopim. It is a bit harder/clunkier to learn, but I think overall will be the better solution for us.

"LIVE HELP NOW AND FOREVER"
We've been using LHN since 2009 and haven't considered using anyone else. It's our main tool for servicing our clients and it's battle-tested, flexible, reliable and easy to administer. LHN has provided or built for us just about every feature we can think of -- and we're only using a fraction of what they offer.
