I have been eating Keto for over a year now, and I credit Ketolibriyum.ca for my success. Delicious food, just heat and serve (lazy-man-easy) takes any excuse out of the equation. Now it's easier to eat Keto than it is to cook Mac & Cheese!

I do enjoy a gluten free facility with having Celiac disease. Loved the chicken parm. The chocolate mousse wasn’t good though very salty. And the poutine was made out of cauliflower and eggs…. Why? Potatoes are vegan! Employee was very friendly and helpful.
