Food is way too salty with way too much sodium; did not like the taste at all. I've contacted the customer service advising I am not satisfied with the product. No remedy/refund was provided. In addition, I have cancelled the subscription and was given a store credit instead of a refund. Why would I need a gift card for a store I do not like and cannot use???
I do not recommend this store and do not recommend it's products.

"Won’t recommend"
Taste of the food is not good. And, they charged $22 (BUTTER CHICKEN - Protein) for that item. Full waste of money. Billing and their concepts are weird, they said they will freeze before “best before” date and they will sell after the date without discount, multiple discounts doesn’t apply and they nowhere mentioned that. We took some items from clearance which is 40% off but when we showed the coupon I got on email, clearance discount got overridden to full price and then my email discount applied. Store associate didn’t mention before we paid the amount otherwise we will make it separate bill. We tried twice and we ended up with bad experience both the times.

"I had an issue with my order"
I had an issue with my order. I e-mailed ketolybrium about it expecting that just the meal I had an issue with would be refunded. They surpassed my expectations and refunded the order total not just the one meal as well as credited my account 50 dollars. I’ve ordered with them a couple times and this one meal issue I had was an isolated event yet they still went above and beyond anyways. I am so happy with their services :)
