Ordered a granite kitchen sink, at first the order was “stuck in the system” but all sorted by customer service after I contacted them. Delivered on time and sink is very good quality.

The sink arrived without any kind of protective film. Scratched easily and was nowhere near value for money. Email has been sent but after three days I still have had no acknowledgment of my complaint. Very poor company.

Since I am an engineer, I was able to figure this out.
However, it may not be so easy for none like minded folks who may believe that they have to engage a plumber/handyperson to do this for them.

This is eminently a suitable job for any able bodied householder/person.
