Awful company, awful customer service. Wouldn’t use again even if the items were £1 each. I placed my order and was told all items were in stock - after my money had been taken I received an email stating a server fire would cause a delay. There was no indication of this. Then the items weren’t in stock. I cancel one of my three items as I needed it a month after my original order date and it still wasn’t due to arrive by then. I was then told the second and third items wouldn’t be in stock for a fair while too. When the second item was in stock (bearing in mind this is nearly two months from my original order date) I was given the choice of waiting for the third or paying extra to send it separately - despite all the prior issues. Finally, the two items arrived appropriately 3 months after my order date. Quite honestly, I’ve waited until receiving all items to leave a review because I didn’t actually expect to receive my items. Awful company, awful customer service. Wouldn’t use again even if the items were £1 each
