There's a good selection of products on their site - I managed to find something that solved the problem I had with a defective bridge tap very elegantly. They provided some useful assistance in the planning process in terms of selecting options. Everything arrived before the promised delivery date. Good stuff.

"NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!"
THE TAPS WE ORDERED WERE TOP OF THE RANGE HANSGROHE. THEY HAVE AN EU WASTE WICH IS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT TO THAT OF THE UK, SO CAN NOT BE PLUMBED WITHOUT AN ADAPTOR. THEY SHOULD NOT BE SOLD IN THE UK WITHOUT THE APPROPRIATE ADAPTOR. HANSGROHE CHECKED AND THE ADAPTOR IS NOT EVEN OFFERED ON THE TAPS UK SITE, SO THEY ARE SELLING A PRODUCT WHICH IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
THE TAP POP-UP WASTE ALSO DID NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY ALTHOUGH THE PLUMBER TRIED TO ADJUST IT FOR ABOUT AN HOUR, WITHOUT SUCCESS.
I REPORTED THIS TO TAPS UK, THEY JUST REFERRED ME TO HANSGROHE WHO DID NOT HAVE A TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT, WHO COULD SPEAK WITH THE PLUMBER AND SUGGESTED THAT WE SEND IN A VIDEO!
GAVE UP AND HAD TO PURCHSE TWO NEW REPLACEMENT WASTES FOR THE TWO BASNS AT A COST OF ÂŁ90.
IT IS NOT SO MUCH THE ISSUES, BUT THE RELUCTANCE TO TAKE OWNERSHIP TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES - VERY DISAPPOINTED. WE SHALL NOT USE TAPS UK OR HANSGROHE PRODUCTS FOR THE REST OF THIS JOB OR FUTUR ONES.

After my review I was asked by TAPS UK to provide fuller detail which I immediately did.
I was then advised on 11 July "Please give me a few days to liaise with my manager and Hansgrohe on this so I can see what we can do to assist".
Now 3 weeks later and I have heard nothing! Still 1 Star.

I’ve yet to use the products I ordered but want to say TapsUK we’re very good communicating with me as there was a significant delay ordering to delivery - manufacturer issue- they kept me informed regularly and offered to give me my money back if wanted to cancel order. Can’t say fairer than that - wouldn’t put me off buying from them again.
