Only given 5 stars as I can't give them more. After being let down by another supplier we tipped up today at TapsUK on a deadline with a request for a specific item. Fia and James went above and beyond to help. Not only did they ensure we had the correct item (I must say at a great price), they saw us prior to the collection time we had booked and had us on our way earlier than we could have hoped. If a company has staff like this, products that are great quality and very competitive pricing they should be on the top of your list of trusted suppliers. I cannot thank them enough for the service and help we received.

Good price with fast delivery. Wanted a low pressure kitchen mixer tap to replace one from somewhere else that didn’t do low pressure as they said it would.
The tap i bought here worked perfectly as it said it should. Was better quality too.
Certainly use taps uk again.

Read the positive reviews and purchased a sink and tap worth £800 from this website and turns out we were given a faulty tap and when the issue was raised they just communicate with the manufacturer and instead of fixing the expensive 4-way tap, just gave excuses that are not make no sense.
