The ceramic drainer I bought for the Belfast sink was not fit for purpose. The water leaked constantly onto my worktop and my floor. Customer services were not very helpful, telling me I would need to put less water on it as it isn’t designed for too much water! It’s a draining board! They asked for a video to see how much water I was putting in it, which I explained was just the water from the dishes. I asked to return but the costs to return (including extra money as I didn’t have the original packaging) were ridiculous. I ended up giving it away to charity and buying one from elsewhere which works very well with no spillage of water
