One of the best sites and companies I have used. Personal help and guidance from experienced call handlers/sales staff who even went the extra mile to check delivery schedule from their supplier and contacted me to reassure

"Poor customer care"

Placing the order a very simple task. Receiving the delivery far more difficult. Delivery company were complicated to deal with and when difficulties were encountered, no help from the staff in the office. To the point I returned the product to purchase elsewhere. I have now been charged for delivery. Would not recommended this company for future purchases.

Excellent price for the item compared to others. Very good communication explaining that the item was not in stock but would be ordered from manufacturer. I was asked if this would be ok. Expected delivery was provided and was fast considering that it was not in stock.
Courier used was also very good and communicated well.
I would use this company again.
