Bought product Smidge Infant probiotics. On July 23rd I placed an order and after paying for product got notification that my item was on backorder, but ordering available (final price 110eu.) Was kind of nervous and contacted the customer service, and got an answer that the item would be in stock in a few days. On July 27th the stock was refreshed and then on the same day got email notification that my order was sent to Lithuania. On 29th I recieved the order. Everything was as described, packed as it should. The item was sent form Hungary, the e store has also an adress in Netherland, Amsterdam.
