I now have several bags from the leather satchel company and I love them all! I have also gifted them. Two bags I have ordered have been bespoke. The help and service has always been great. For my latest purchase, I bought a bespoke mini tote. I found it difficult to choose my colours but Shaun helped me by responding to questions and sending mock up pictures. I now have my perfect bag and the quality is outstanding as always. Once ordered, I was updated about delivery and it arrived beautifully packaged soon affer with a little surprise gift of a lovely tassel keyring too - thank you!

Contact and communication with the LSC’ was First Class. Shaun was exceptional dealing with the repair to my satchel. Nothing was a problem. The repair was dealt with professionally and a speedy service.
My beautiful satchel was returned to me promptly, the repair itself was faultless. Shaun also had a new strap fitted for me, which is now the perfect length. A little surprise was in my parcel with my satchel beautifully wrapped, a triangle shape leather purse so pretty and such a lovely gesture.

I highly recommend the Leather Satchel Company. I love my new bag, it will be my constant companion. Apart from being absolutely beautiful and practical, I suspect it has supernatural powers. It's already faced down the usually sneery receptionist at the bank. I got it sent to France which, these days, is usually a big hassle, but Shaun was brilliant and organised everything really quickly and without fuss.
