I stupidly gave mister auto the benefit of the doubt and ordered again, this time the order never turned up at all,
im still waiting for refund, for compensation they said if you order from us again we will give you free delivery.
Wow really how generous! :)

"Not for parts needed quickly"

Prices are competitive but can't be trusted on delivery times. I ordered parts and paid extra for the guaranteed delivery date. The confirm mail I got a couple of minutes later had already pushed expected delivery date out by a week. I think that extra payment for fast delivery is a scam as it is up to you to claim refund and I guess a percentage of people just don't bother. Fine for routine non urgent service part but not for a part needed to get your car back on the road.
Just adding addition to this after the cut and paste reply from the vendor. Its one of those standard fob you off replies that you select from a list. As I said be warned don't rely on their unachievable delivery dates and certainly don't pay for them . In my case I was twice let down. The first when the confirmation mail informed me that the expected delivery date was 7 days after the "guaranteed" delivery date at time of payment. The second time I was let down was when the actual delivery date was 4 days later than the already extended delivery date. Perhaps I should not be so harsh. Maybe there was a December rush of people buying each other car spares for Christmas.

"Avoid !!! Time waste and disappointment!!!"

My second and last order with this company!!! Total waste of time !!! First order never processed this time this same only one part send other not available it’s a joke why website has availability but when you order after over weeks waiting message no stock. Not even try offer support just refund put over week of waiting time for nothing. Bad customer service no one reply to my message ect. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! Avoid this company!!!!

"Very Disappointing Customer Service -I have been a loyal customer and fan of…"

I have been a loyal customer and fan of Mister Auto for my car parts requirements for some years now and have generally found their prices and service to be good.
Today however I have reason to feel that they have not respected me as a customer and have acted in such a manner that unless they re-consider their position I could no longer recommend them.
Very briefly this is what happened. As promoted by Mister Auto to avail of best on-line prices and to avail of Free Shipping (over €49) I tried to place an order via the phone App as I have previously done. On this occasion however when stage 1 was complete the App would not progress when I clicked on the Order Now box but continuously directed me back to log in even though I had successfully logged in already.

After multiple attempts I called the Customer Service 07 68887259 and explained the problem to the very helpful representative. I was told that it was a technical glitch and that the tech dept would be informed and get in touch within 30-60 mins. They failed to do so. I subsequently logged in on the web site and notified the problem on their internal e-mail service. The response was that they would check my profile and that I should then re-try and if not successful I should re-install the phone App and try again. I had to do the latter but the problem remained unresolved.
The Mister Auto team then proposed I should order on their Web Site and that they would send me a personalised offer. ALL of this took time and by the time their offer arrived the prices were significantly increased and delivery delayed. By this stage I had spent many frustrating hours simply trying to place an order.
When I drew this to their attention finally they seemed to understand that they were effectively penalising me for a glitch in their App and they agreed in writing to a sum of € for the required parts which would have applied had there not been a glitch with their App. This solution which I was relatively happy with and agreed too, involved placing the order in two baskets rather than one for some administrative reasons. I confirmed the 1st basket and paid for same and received an order confirmation number, but the voucher for the 2nd basket did not correspond with what was agreed and when I requested this to be corrected I was rebuked and told they regretted my requirements were not met and that they were going to cancel the order I had placed and refund me the money.
And so after several days of incredible frustration trying to place my order it appears I am being told my custom is not valued !!
I can't find adequate words to express in my opinion and experience the INADEQUACY of their Customer Service and quite frankly I am not sure they understand the concept !! I will ask them to reflect and consider and should a solution arise I will happily post news of it on-line.

"Don't order parts from here"

Don't order parts from here. I ordered water pump ND timing belt for my car. But it arrived only timing belt. I called them and explain that my water pump missing, they asked me send an email that I ordered with water pump. But it's shows all my emails that I ordered timing belt with water pump.
They send me a wrong email address for reply them. The person in customer service doesn't even know how to sort my problem . He asked me call back later nd hanged up my call. I do online shopping all the time. I never seen that much bad service. I paid extra for fast ship but guess what I haven't get it delivered on time. I just paid extra for nothing.

Waited 2 weeks for delivery which cost 9 euros just to deliver a small parcel. When it did get here, it wasn't what was ordered. Rubbish service.

"They are so slow."

They are so slow.
The slowest online shop in Ireland.
It's been a week since I ordered just 10 weel nuts. And order still have not been sent.
Very bad service in my opinion.
