"Should have read the reviews before ordering...."

Should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. Needed a clutch for my car - website asks to input car reg and then verify they have the correct car - all good here. Selected the clutch - good price but should have thought if its too good to be true it usually is.

Firstly - clutch was late arriving because MisterAuto but an incomplete address on the box. I had paid for priority shipping which means you should get a refund if your part doesn't arrive on time. My advice is do not waste your time. Had to ring them but most of the time you cannot get through or they disconnect your call.

Secondly - after receiving clutch brought it to the garage mechanic looked at it, fitted it and everything seemed ok until the test drive. The new clutch performed worse than the banjaxed clutch that came out of the car. Obviously either a really poor quality part or for a different car. Contacted MisterAuto - they'll take the part back as a "commercial gesture" but will not refund until the part is shipped back to them and inspected. Not holding my breath on a refund. Lesson learned for future.

Absolutely useless customer service... ordered a Bosch wiper from this lot last week (cost more on delivery than the item in question) only to get a call earlier from a lady 160 miles from me stating that my delivery had arrived at her house...I called these Muppets 8 times and got no response and now have to go to the bank to get refunded through them (which means taking back the money from Mister auto.

I ordered a passenger side door handle but when it finally got here it was for the drivers side. Trying to contact them but the website says to fill out the contact form and I can't find one anywhere and no email to get in contact with.

All parts was fit for cars , really good prices, customer service was great one issue was delivered wrong filter but it was sorted ,after i call mister auto send right one .

BEWARE. AVOID at all costs.
Enter you reg on the site and you get a list of parts for your car that without doubt should fit seen as they are for your make and model. Wrong. This shower of scammers couldnt supply a part that fit if they made it themselves. Ordered 2 gas struts for the boot on a 07 mondeo. Things they sent wouldnt fit an action man car let alone a mondeo. Rubbish customer service. AVOID these like the plauge.
