They stole my item and offered no compensation for it. They take over an hour to answer an online chat.
If your invoice covers multiple packages, they are not intelligent enough to apply an invoice to more than 1 package even though the descriptions are identical.
Dont need anything urgently - they have no sense of urgency. Not based on 1 experience, but on multiple occassions I have experienced terrible customer service.

Fast and easy.
MyMalls processes the packages real fast, the user interface is easy to navigate and pay, and having DHL as the carrier is a plus. We live on a island with services that take 1 week to process packages, and one week to ship. I recommend anyone that needs something shipped fast.
