I've been cooperating with the company for couple of days or smth, and basically the most remarkable feature for me is the absence of fees for depositing. As for withdrawals, there are some minor, but it's not so crucial.

I did withdraw and they says it will come maximum of 3 days to your e wallet but now its more then three days and i also wana say its not my first time withdraw when i was in loss they release my withdraw in like 1 hour my account was verified and my payment methods also verified

Very dodgy behavior of the accounting service / KYC facilities.

I used IQ-O for a long time, basically when it was new. I liked everything about it. The clean design, the quick trade options, the tutorials etc. It made me invest in 2018/2019 in some serious stocks that blew up shortly after and well, even though my account was certificated ages ago and I got selected to become a Moderator of one of their Chats, one day, for absolutely no reason, they have sent me an e-mail that the need a proof of where I do life, in form of a registration etc. Nothing new but it was very, well, let's says weird. I got it via E-Mail with a deadline of one week. I did hand in a copy of my registration and where I am settled and one week later, without even a confirmation that they did receive it or not, they closed all my position. Without a warning. They shut down my account and then informed me that they will pay out the closed position earnings on my VISA card. I got terribly upset, so I had a call with the customer support. The lady on the phone was at first a bit harsh but soon got very friendly since she could understand that I am really upset, especially because I did send the document and a deadline of one week without any warning, prior or after, is just ridiculous. The positions would have made a quite large profit.

I have never in my life been so upset. Especially because they could not recover the positions. They did not freeze my account. They killed it and its positions. And I did check my e-mails regular, of course.

I still don't know how a company could act like that and I will never understand it. We just accepted that this is the worst, or let's say I did, broker in terms of logical behavior and just moved on. We did not sue them and let's be honest. It would be a nonsense move anyway.

Be careful. It is a nice platform, speaking in design and technical chooses, but when I lost my portfolio, I felt betrayed.

And for your information. I topped up my account for with overall a couple of thousands of euros.
