Los retiros han sido fiables hasta ahora... Por lo general, recibo mis fondos en mi cuenta bancaria al día siguiente de realizar una solicitud de retirada, lo cual es una gran velocidad de procesamiento. Los depósitos son como se esperaba, aparecen instantáneamente en tu cuenta de trading después de realizar los pagos.
Si te gusta la plataforma y las condiciones de trading, lo que menos debería preocuparte son los pagos

"Filed formal legal complaint with authorities"

Escalation with formal legal complaint: I have remained blocked from my account since December of 2024. I was unable to contact customer service by phone and it took a month to simply receive confirmation of email receipt and my unique request tracking number. I was then informed that it will take up to 3months to receive either resolution (within 2 months) or reason for why my issue wasn't resolved (extra month).

Based on this terrible customer experience, I've been forced to file a formal complaint with the government authority in Italy where I'm based, and I will start to pursue formal complaints with the Financial Ombudsman in Cyprus and other areas where IQ Option may receive governmental oversight. Please keep this experience in mind before investing with them. I am still interested in finding a speedy resolution if IQ Option would like to contact me.

I wish to expose this company as total rubbish when it comes to make withdrawals as they come up with the most ridiculous ways of verifying yourself and they make it absolutely difficult to get you money back...These people that operate there are total scammers and thieves ..

Greetings to the world and i must complain heavily about IQ option. It is very easy for the company to receive funds from credit and debit cards as well as e-wallets to fund the real trading account. On the other hand it is very difficult to get your profits back. I received my initial investment but is currently finding difficulty in getting my profits. This is total rubbish and i wish to expose the company.
