The process is so easy. I get an email to remind me that my insurance is due, it comes with a rocking deal, pay for 12 months and get 14 months coverage, how good is that! The link takes you to the site, it is clear and concise what needs to be completed. You follow each page, and then you pay. So EASY, I love it I have been with Express for about 7 years

I’m disappointed with the customer support and the lengthy response times. I emailed on 23 October 2024 and didn’t receive a reply until 7 November, which still didn’t address my main question. Since then, I’ve been waiting for another response from 8 November. I need to change my business structure but can’t proceed because the business insurance hasn’t been correctly updated.

I struggled and failed to use the link to my my invoice as it wouldn't accept my credit card details... however, a very friendly and helpful person sent me the bank details to complete my payment. Why is this option not more widely advertised????

I could not find the payment surcharge % and after spend extra time phoning to enquire, the PDF with info was at the BOTTOM on the payment page! You made me do all the admin for you, when you could simply redesign the payment page and have link to surcharge info at the TOP of page next to menacing red patch that warns that you will charge extra for the privilege of getting paid. Surcharges can’t be outlawed soon enough! Getting paid is a cost of doing business. Grrrr. You asked for a review, you got it!
